CONSTANZA OQUENDO

A DESIGNER WHOSE SENSIBILITY SHAPES THE WAY SHE APPROACHES REAL ESTATE.

ABOUT

Constanza Oquendo is a Greenwich-based real estate advisor with Coldwell Banker Realty, offering clients the advantage of a professionally trained interior designer guiding them through the real estate process.

Born and raised in Latin America within a family rooted in European heritage, Constanza grew up surrounded by craftsmanship, aesthetics, and an appreciation for well-made things. That early exposure shaped her sensitivity to proportion, beauty, and intention — values that continue to inform her work today.

Before moving to Greenwich, Constanza lived in New York City, where she spent years immersed in the creative world. She founded and led a luxury fashion brand, later transitioning into interior design and working in high-end residential interiors. Living and working in New York refined her eye, pace, and understanding of how design, lifestyle, and value intersect.

As life evolved and priorities shifted, Constanza and her family relocated to Greenwich — seeking more space and calm without losing identity, culture, or edge. That personal transition now deeply informs how she supports clients navigating similar moves.

Today, Constanza works at the intersection of interior design and real estate. Her approach is grounded, strategic, and highly personal — helping clients see beyond trends and finishes to understand how homes function, feel, and perform over time.
